Expenses for Ainsley's surgery

Ainsley needs her adenoids and tonsils removed and I have a high deductible premium. At this point, I have used 18 days of sick time for her being sick this year alone. With this procedure, I am hoping she will stop getting sick constantly. As most of us are, I live paycheck to paycheck and with the constant dr bills, I cannot get caught up, nevermind ahead. So, I am asking, quite humbly, for assistance coming up with the funds to secure her surgery. I will have some unpaid time off while she recuperates (thankfully FMLA will secure my job), and what overtime I am able to accomplish in the next month will hopefully be enough to cover our living expenses. If you can help, I greatly appreciate it.

Surgery is scheduled for November 22nd. (Oh thanksgiving is going to be FUN this year lol)
