Boomer's Vet Bills

Hi everyone! First off, thank you for looking!
My boyfriend and I adopted Boomer last January. He's seven years old and is a Border Collie/Corgi mix. He's the light of my life, I adore my dog. He thinks he's a child and will try to cuddle any time he can.
Since adopting him, the vet bills have been pouring in. We came to find out that he has some major dental problems and needed a few teeth extracted. That didn't fully fix the problems that he has with his mouth. He still needs another extraction and a deep cleaning of his enamal and gums.
On top of that, we discovered that he has a thyroid problem. :( We have to go in every month and a half, check his thyroid levels with blood tests and try new pills to see if they will bring him to the right level.
The recent development is full-blown anxiety, which causes distress and vomitting, which is another test equaling about $300.
I'm heart broken that he is so sick and has to see the vet so often. I want him healthy!
We're college students and don't have to money to pay for all the visits, tests, procedures, and medication. I've never been comfortable with asking for help on things like this, but it has truly reached this point.
Anything you would be willing to give would mean the absolute world to us. He's our baby and we can't give up on him.
