Please help me retake my IELTS exam

Hello everyone,
My name is Sheila Malinao and I am here to seek for your help in funding my IELTS retake exam here in Manila, Philippines.
I have attempted to take this exam twice but it was unsuccessful. Here are my first two IELTS result:
1st take: Nov. 22, 2013: L-7.5, R-6.5, W-7.5, S-7.5
2nd take: May 17, 2014: L-7.5, R-8.5, W-7.5, S-6.5
I plan to re-sit the exam again on December 13, 2014. This is going to be my 3rd time.
I am starting to lose hope as the exam had caused me to spend most of my savings, which I am supposed to spend for my Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) examination. In addition, it also makes me wonder or in doubt whether the dream that I have in my mind is indeed for me.
In fact, my pathway is to apply for a 189 Skilled Independent Visa to Australia. The reason for such is to have a more laid-back lifestyle and to have a better way of living. I am also considering the future of my future children. They will have a better opportunity in life if I can raise them in a Western culture.
I have been working three (3) jobs at a time (office, part-time instructor and elance VA), but all my earnings derived from these works do not really compensate my hardwork that really frustrates me a lot. Thus, this is one factor that I consider why I wanted to move badly to another country that would value all my hardwork.
