Welcome to our fundraising site for our beautiful son, Christian
Andrews. We need your help achieving our goal! If you have not had the pleasure
of meeting him yet, we would like to tell you a little bit about him and our
hopes for him for the future.
Firstly, we have nicknamed Christian "Megatron". Some of you may know the name Megatron from the Transformers cartoon defined as "a great force". No other nickname could better suit our son.
Megatron has moderate autism that affects his every day life. He is a bright, sweet and energetic and very tall boy! Although he is non-verbal, Megatron has found ways of expressing his feelings and needs to us. However, this unique form of communication does not translate to most of the world so we want to help the world make sense to him. We hope to do this by providing him with more educational opportunities catered to his needs and fund it with an online t-shirt company we have created @Aut_izm.
We will design t-shirts in many styles and sizes with the @Aut_izm logo. In addition to helping Megatron, this will help bring awareness to the needs of those living with autism. We will also donate funds to charities and organizations trying to achieve the same goals we are. Megatron will be the @Aut_izm model for our clothing line because we want him to be as big a part of this as we are. Besides, how could you resist that face?
Your donation will be used for a bulk order of promotional t-shirts, serious viral promotion campaign, full page flyers, 1/4 page card stock flyers, professional photography, video, PR, artwork/graphics, website/hosting services and more.
