Fund My Visa Appeal

We immigrated to the UK in the beginning of 2018 due to being unable to get work in South Africa for over a year because of political restraints placed on employers by gov. We used all our savings in this time just trying to get on our feet but to no avail. UK was our only remaining option. My husband and both our children all have British passports so no problem there. I submitted an application for a visa with exemptions due to our circumstances but have just received word that it was DENIED as they do not see why I can not go back to South Africa and apply for a spousal visa while the rest of my family remain in the UK. 

This would mean that my 5 year old little girl and 21 month old little boy would be without a mother for potentially 6 months to a year. Disregarding the financial implications which we would not be able to sustain, the trauma to our children would be unforgivable. We need to APPEAL this decision but after having cleared out our savings to spend £3350 on the first application with lawyers fees we require an extra £2500 for the appeal and extra lawyers' fees by month's end.

We urgently appeal to you all to please help us, as without this appeal we do not see any way forward. Going back with them is not an option as the crime escalates daily in SA and our return point would be a farm with further dangers of farm murders currently plaguing the country. We have first hand experience of this as my husband had his wrist slit losing 60% of his blood volume on one occasion as well as having a gun pointed to the back of his head on another. These being the most horrific. There is also no medical help to be had with overcrowding of hospitals and doctors leaving the country. 

Any amount will help and we are eternally grateful to anyone that can spare anything. We just want to keep our kids healthy and happy in an environment that is safe but they need their mommy to make this happen.
