please help me get out of this body

my name is kolby. i am an 18 year old male in a female body. my dysphoria recently has gotten so bad i can't even think straight most of the time. i stick to binding with ace bandages cause there is no other way for me. i just need to get rid of these lumps of fat attached to my chest for literally no reason. the T i think i will be able to afford working two jobs, i just need help with the surgery. every little bit helps and is so appreciated.
