Help Patsy get surgery

Patsy has been the one constant in my life for almost 15 years. I got her in high school and she has been with me ever since. We have moved all over the country together, from Alabama to Tennessee to Connecticut until finally settling in Seattle, WA. Shes been the best, most spoiled companion I've ever had. Haha, she's been the only "woman" that has stayed with me through thick and thin.
Now, Patsy has a mamory tumor. It started out small and wasn't a big deal. But it has grown and she is absolutely miserable. She can't just lay next to me like she wants to, or lay at my feet on the floor. I can't pick her up without it hurting her. The only way she can lay down is flat on her side on a soft bed or covers or something like that. She has a limp because the tumor is pressing on her nerves and tendons in her front leg and is making it sore and hard for her to walk.
Patsy is and has been my best friend. She needs surgery to remove the tumor to get her back to normal. She's still full of life and has plenty of years left, and I don't want her to suffer and be miserable. While this doesn't seem like much money, I don't have any money in my savings, don't make much money (for living in Seattle), and she needs the surgery right away as the tumor is getting bigger and worse.
