Wheelchair bound - dreams of hike

Donation protected

My Kevin is the most alternatively capable man I've ever known. He has been in a wheelchair since age 8 after being struck by a vehicle when crossing the road on the minibike he received on his Birthday only a few months before. The same adventurous spirit that motivated Kevin as a child has remained with him throughout life. He has tried everything that his body, friends, family, and funds will allow. He has always worked, paid his own way, and given generously to others in need. He does his best to find or fabricate a way to accomplish the things most people take for granted. We moved to our dream location last fall and have encountered an obstacle that Kevin alone cannot overcome. We are avid explorers and love being outside, taking in the sights, scents, and sounds of nature. There is so much of that in Southern Oregon. Unfortunately the terraine in our new home can't be traversed in Kevin's standard non-powered wheelchair. The Seg Saddle shown in the video will give Kevin a gift of mobility to further his ability to seek adventure . It would be such a blessing to give him a view from the top of Table Rock, and a chance to roll the edge of the mighty Rogue River, and  to hold hands and    st-roll side by side along a winding trail. Anything you contribute will be greatly appreciated.
