Give Cancer a Workout!

Hello Family and Friends:

I need your help in this journey.  Recently I found out that I have breast cancer that has spread to my liver and my bones. The cancer is Stage 4.  Now when you hear that it sound bleak but there is always hope.  I am ready to give this cancer a workout and to breathe it away. 

As many of you know I am a self-employed fitness instructor and wellness coach. I teach others how to live a healthy lifestyle.  If I am unable to teach, coach and present I am basically unemployed. Simply put, “If I don’t work, I don’t get paid”. As an independent contractor, I am underinsured for this journey.

I am in need of everyone’s prayers and financial assistance to cover the cost of care, daily survival and those unexpected expenses. Whatever you can donate will be appreciated and used wisely. This is an uphill journey but I know that God will see me through. 

I can't wait to get back to ushering in the church, making my students sweat, good times with my book clubs, inspiring crowds to better health and just plain o’ hanging out with family and friends.
