New Laptop for AZ!

Hey there! I'm Joshua, also known as acrze.tumblr.com over on tumblr.
This is my bestest friend in the whole wide world, Aaron , or as he's more commonly known as, AZ (ArtisticZero!) We've been buddies for years. 7, to be exact! We're the closest dudes you could ever hope to meet, but my friend is in a bit of a conundrum at the moment.
About 8 months ago, his brand-spanking-new laptop busted. It completely fried it's own motherboard, and it wasn't working. At all! He couldn't even turn it on! 8 months later, his dad managed to fix it, but 3 weeks later, it broke again!
The reasons why this is bad? Well:
1) Aaron is currently at High School, and without his laptop, he can't work on projects or assignments!
2) To earn a solid income, Aaron takes commissions from friendly folks. Without his laptop, he can't earn money!
3) Aaron and I used to talk to each other all the time. Without his laptop, we can't talk to one another, and we'll most likely go insane!
Where do you guys come in? Easy! We need to raise ~$2000 so we can try and get Aaron a new laptop. While this isn't as particularly exciting or as urgent as most of the other (more important) fundings on this website, we really don't have anywhere else to turn. Both of our families are quite low on money at the moment, so this is the best thing we have. While we're both completely new at this, it would be nice to try it out and see if we can get somewhere.

If you can't donate, then that's fine too! We all have reasons why we need money, so if you can't spend it on us, then that's ok!! It would help us out immensely though if you could try and spread the word about this. Hopefully before we both go insane!!
