DOC Band For Marley Paige

Hi. I'm Victoria. My husband, Dustin and I have been together for almost five years now and married for almost three. We struggled with two miscarriage, so when I was able to carry our baby to full term, it was an absolute miracle.
Marley Paige, is our beautiful baby girl. She was born March 18, 2014, weighing in at 8 lbs 15 oz and measuring 18.5 in. Soon after being her home. Myself, Dustin and many of our family members noticed that Marley head was flat on one side and sort of protruded out on the other side. She also favored looking toward her left side.
We decided to give it some time to see if her little head would round out. At her four month check up, so there was no visible improvement we decided to talk to her pediatrician about the issue. She told us not to worry because it can take up until babies are six months for their heads to round out. She also told us to put bright interesting things in Marley's right side view to try working on her favoring her left side. With that being said we waited for her six month check up to come around, hoping to see improvement.
Her six month check up was two weeks ago and now her pediatrician has decided that she needs physical therapy to help with her favoring her left side and that she also needs a DOC band.
Marley is currently covered by Medicaid, which had no problem covering the physical therapy, but has not been helpful in getting Marley's DOC band.
My husband and I are both currently full time students. I stay at home and take care of Marley and husband works, but we just don't make enough money to cover the cost of the DOC band.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. We just want to be able to give Marley what she needs. Thank you in advance. God Bless.
