On Sunday 5th October 2014 at 04:00am Mark Dixon was the victim of a brutal unprovoked attack which consequently has left him fighting for his life in James Cook Hospital. Throughout this devastating time his loving wife Loraine & Dickers Mam Angie are keeping a beside vigil 24 hours a day which has been mentally and physically draining and along with the rest of his family and friends are going through hell.
Anyone who knows Dicker ( and that's a hell of a lot of people) knows what a fantastic Person, Dad, Husband & Friend he is who doesn't deserve to be laying in a hospital bed fighting for his life.
The emotional strain that has been placed on his family is immense and the last thing they need to be worrying about is money & unfortunately despite this tragedy the bills don't stop landing on the door mat.
So we his mates who worship the ground he walks wish to appeal to those people who are fond of him to donate no matter how big or small to the most worthy of causes and give his family one less worry.
