My sister Patricia Medina was diagnosed with Cervical cancer on December 12, 2014. On January 15, 2015 the Doctors notified her that her tumor was 5 centimeters and was at Stage 3b. Within a month on February 19, 2015 her cancer spread to her liver, thyroid, and her lung. Since the cancer is very aggressive my sister has to go through rigorous Chemo treatments that are 6 hours long. Her first treatment was on February 26, 2015. After her first treatment she became very ill and was not able to work full time any longer.On April 9, 2015 my sister Patty found out she has metastatic cervix cancer IVb. Everyone please keep her in your prayers. She has to start 25 treatments of radiation therapy, and start a different chemotherapy treatment once a week for 6weeks. Then go back to the aggressive chemo treatments she was previously getting. Then another series of chemo treatments.. The cancer she has is very hard to treat. The survival rate for this type of cancer is 15% to 25 %.I know the Lord is with her, restoring good health in her. The good news is that the tumor went from 5cm to about a 3cm. Thank you Jesus. My sister has 8 children of which include 3 step children. She is fighting with all her might. I am asking everyone to please help me raise funds to help my sister with medical expenses, loss wages, and food for her home. I love my sister to death and I am hoping that the Lord above is hearing my prayers and will heal her of this terrible cancer! My sister is my hero and there is nothing I would not do to help her and to put a smile on her face.
