Hello Everyone, my name is Dreia, I am a transgender woman from Orange, California. I've never been one to ask for hand outs. I've always worked hard for what I wanted. I am a transgender women; I decided to take the leap and transition in 2016 and have never looked back.
Surgeries are expensive and I plan on working hard for it. Any donations would be greatly appreciated. I started this fund to help me acheive my dream of feeling comfortable in my own skin. I have been on hormones now for three years and i am ready to take my transition to the next step. I have been trying to save enough for my breast augmentation and FFS, but unfortunately its going really slowly. I am creating this campaign in the hopes of finding the help that I need in raising the money for my goal.
The money raised through this campaign will be used to pay the surgeon for surgery. I will be doing this surgery with a well known surgeon who has a very positive track record in this area. It will also help a little with the after care portion but for the most part I have enough saved up for that currently.
There is no time crunch on how soon I need the funds to get this done but of course every girl wants to be whole as soon as possible. Heck I would quit my job today to get it done if it meant I would be complete.
This journey has not been easy and have succumed to serious anxiety and depression as well as major bouts of dysphoria that i am still struggling with to this day. this surgery will alleviate a burden that controls so much of my daily life. i know this is necessary to my mental, physical, and emotional well being and i will work hard and steadfastly to help make my dreams a reality.
This means the world to me. When I wake up I get ready for work, I put on my makeup, I get into my clothes and I walk out my front door.
I cannot express enough how thankful I am to all of those who have already helped me and how much it will mean to me for all of you who will help me. I am striving to have a brighter future for myself and for those of you who decide to help me or spread the word for me... It’s you who will always have a spot in my heart. Thank you everyone.
