Hi everyone,
As you may or may not know, I've been dealt a pretty rotten hand in the last few months. After an infection and intra-cranial aneurysm, I've been left with blown pupils, intractable migraine, and partial blindness. Hopefully all of this is not permanent, but for now I cannot work, and disability is not quick to pay out. Bill collectors don't care about all of that stuff, however.
In true "Bad Luck Brian/Becky" form, something else happened recently. While I was in the hospital, all of my clothes and shoes were brought to my house in garbage bags from my old place. By accident, those bags were thrown out. Unfortunately, I have very little clothing left and almost nothing for the upcoming fall and winter months.
Consequently, I would greatly appreciate if you would give a little towards my goal. Every penny goes towards my medical bills and treatment and some cheap warm clothes/boots for the winter. As you surely know, I'm not exactly a fashionista. I just need to get by!
I know this is a truncated version of the story and given my limitations I'm sure I have lost communications with many of you. So if any of you want to hear the whole story, updates, and prognoses, please call or email (although I may be slower when replying to the latter). I am blessed to have such wonderful family and friends. Thank you all so very much.
