Farcio means to mend and/or to fill. When you think about it, we live our lives by this creed. When things hurt, we mend them. When we have needs, we fulfill them. The people of Haiti however cannot say the same thing. With a disaster that led to over a quarter of a million deaths, cholera outbreaks, a lack of access to clean water – the situation looks dire. Farcio.org is about mending that situation.
200,000 people were affected following the earthquake and help came through from all over. But as these situations tend to develop, the real challenges come years later... TODAY. As these children have grown up to no work and no viable future, your donations can go such a long way to change so many lives. ALL PROCEEDS go to the people of Haiti.
This is a crowdfunding/charity campaign we are launching over the course of 30 days that culminates with members of the Farcio board landing in Haiti herself to provide mending and fulfillment in the short term with regards to the already mentioned problems.
We will be landing on the 20th with the proceeds of this crowdfunding campaign and 100 PERCENT of it will go to the people of Haiti in the way of food, supplies, clothes, blankets, WATER, generators for energy, and other necessities that we have come to consider a norm while for them it has come to mean survival.
