Nancy's vet bills

This is Nancy, or Pantsy, or Fancy, or face licker, depending on which kid is calling her.  She needs surgery and the vet doesn't take payments.  I'm trying to raise enough for surgery so I don't break the hearts of my 7 children.  My 14 year old said he would donate all of his $ to save his dog.  Anything helps.  Thank you for your help.
