Thailand 2015

In 2012 the church I pastor became involved with an organization that hosts 5k races across the country each year to help end sexual trafficking in Thailand.

This past August we held our third race and had over 100 runners involved to help these women, daughters, and children in Thailand (as well as home in the Detroit area).

Within the last year, a friend named Blaine who has been involved with an orphanage  in Thailand for the last decade brought this group to us as a church. Instantly, we felt God was clearly wanting us to get involved with this orphanage.





The cause not only reached my heart as a pastor but my family's heart as well.

In late June/early July of 2015 Carrie and I with our oldest son, Ethan, will be taking our first trip to work with this orphanage in Thailand.

As a church, we will be sending a team of about a dozen people to go, help, teach, build, and share the gospel with these people who need all of those things.

The cost is roughly $1800 per person and the first $100 per person is due October 5th to reserve air fare.
