Funding for Fachi's Legal Case
Donation protected
My Name is Lee Carrier. I am raising money to sue Greystar, the owner of my apartment complex, La Maison River Oaks, who refuse to accept responsiblity for my dog's death. Fachi, my 7-year old Saint Bernard, died on July 11, 2016 after being left outside on my patio during a routine maintenance repair. Please see the news story that aired on July 13, 2016 (link below). Adding insult to injury, Greystar threatened to evict me after this broadcast aired.
Proceeds, if any, from the lawsuit will be donated to Friends of BARC, a Houston-based animal rescue group, the Saint Bernard Rescue of Texas and the Great Plains Mastiff Rescue.
No amount of money can replace Fachi but hopefully this lawsuit will help to save the lives of other dogs.
