National Youth Leadership Forum

As many know, I am in the process of my biggest year in life. Senior year! In being so, I have been personally selected based upon my academic excellence, leadership potential, and interest in medicine to attend the National Youth Leadership Forum: Medicine, held at Hofstra University in New York. Although the price weighs on the heavy side, I am making it my goal to attend, with the help of family and friends. Your generosity and donations will surely help in the end. With a 40.00 donation, I will be able to reach my goal. Take into mind, any amount higher or lower placed on your heart is accepted . The deadline to register with 604.00 is Novemebr 21, however donations will be accepted until April of 2015.
