Operating a mobile food trailer has been a dream of ours for the last five years. As a way to spend more time with each other, do what we know and love, and still make a living we've decided to make that dream a reality. With a little help from our friends, family, and generous strangers like you we can bring Phresh Press Panini to life!
Our community in Southeast Ohio is highly involved in the farm to fork movement that has been sweeping the nation. We have one of the top 10 farmers markets in the country and nearly every locally owned restaurant uses products from nearby and regional farms whenever possible and we intend to do the same. A number of these farms are owned and operated by friends of ours. By choosing to use local products we are not only supporting the local economy but we are supporting our friends and neighbors who will most likely be supporting us! With nearly 15 years experience in the food industry from prep cook to manager we know how to do it, all we need are the funds! Any contributions large or small are greatly appreciated!
