Desperately Needed Dental

Hi, my name is Joseph and I've never done something like this nor ever fathom that I would. I'm 25 years old guy who has a part time job and lives with some friends. Growing up I lost my mother when I was three and never knew my dad. I was raised by my grandparents who never focused on my health and my teeth suffered from the neglect. Now that I'm an adult my mouth is, to me, a horrid atrocity to my childhood. I've been to the dentist multiple times and have been quoted thousands of dollars even past my goal. Among major cavities that have rotted away my front teeth, some have broken off and I've been diagnosed with Periodontal gum disease. Last night my front tooth broke off in my sleep and I honestly just wanted to break down and cry.

With the cost of living, and debt from past medical issues, even with dental insurance I cannot afford the major oral surgery and dental work needed. On top of everything I have to put a lot of money up for moving this month as well. I would do anything to be able to smile again, to be able to eat without pain.
