September 25th 2014 at 7:12 pm, I, her mother, tried my best to save my "pretty, pretty, princess". While giving my little lady CPR, she threw up in my mouth and oll over me. Her dad, my husband, Ramique called 91. When the paramedics came all we did was fall to the floor and prayed and prayed and prayed. The paramedics rushed her and I to St Christophers Children's hospital, while Ramique stayed home with our older sons.
While at the hospital, the doctors was still doing active CPR, giving her 3 different kinds of medication to start heart and placed a tube down her throat. The doctor came out to tell me "Its not looking good, but hes not giving up yet." At this time I am in the social workers office. A few minutes later, Ramique called me while the doctor walks in with a pastor following him. The doctor tells us(Ramique was on speaker) "There is no easy way to say this." All I did was scream "NO!" We just lost our only babygirl! She was 14 months old.
On thanksgiving of 2012, we found out we were expecting a new bundle of joy. We were happy, shocked, and scared all in one. Are we ready to have another baby? Can we afford another baby? Our new baby was due July 8th 2013.
The following March, we find out the news I've been waiting for so long..IT'S A GIRL! I couldn't be happier while Ramique was scared to have a babygirl. I had a healthy pregnancy.
June 27th 2013, I had a doctors appointment and later went into labor. It was a long labor but painless labor. June 28th 2013, at 7:28 am, KILEY LYNN JENKINS was born. She was 2 weeks early at 6 pounds, 9 ounces and 20 inches long. She was so tiny, but so perfect.
Kiley was a happy and talkative lilltle girl. She loved her family, but adored her daddy! All donations are greatly appreciated and will go to her funeral services.
Little Miss Kiley we love you.and miss so much. You will always be our "pretty, pretty princess". Fly high little lady!! Watch over us.
