Daniel Ha's College Fund

Meet Daniel “Mr Bright Guy” Ha - or Dha as his friends call him. Dha is an international student from Seoul, South Korea who came to Emerson last January to study. He is a second semester freshman here at Emerson College. Daniel is majoring in film Post-Production with a special interest in Visual Effects and Editing.  Here at Emerson he has already been making waves both through his students and within the Emerson Community.



Daniel Ha is a one of a kind person. He is incredibly kind, skilled, and genuine. In his schoolwork he is driven, hardworking, and passionate. Along with his computer skills he is also a talented photographer and is usually found with a camera around his neck which he uses to catalog his adventures in Boston Massachusetts. Dha takes his education very seriously and has worked hard to make the most of his college education. Aside from the professional, Dha is an easy going person who is never found without a smile on his face and his witty sense of humor keeps the rest of the room smiling along. More than the potential of losing a teammate - many of us here at Emerson College will be losing a friend if Dha leaves.

We met Dha last January when the League of Legends club began Since it was created he’s been involved in everything. He was the winner of our very first 1v1 tournament in the gold/plat division. He played the role of ADC on our first ranked team and regularly plays and organizes group events between our 40 members. When he isn’t playing ADC on our ranked team he specializes in assassin champions such as Zed, Talon, and Rengar. Dha is an exemplary member of the club who combines his passion for the game and strong leadership skills to help drive the club to the goals we hope to achieve. With Dha's future at Emerson undetermined it means we may lose an invaluble member of our team.

Helping Daniel Ha return to Emerson College in the Spring is very important to us as a team and as friends of Dha. We appreciate any help you can offer in reaching our goal of $27,000 - the cost of a semester at Emerson College. Thank you for all your help!
