End Craig Kamansky as MCLE provider

When Former California Judge Craig Kamansky (now of Island Valley Arbitration and Mediation Services) or, IVAMS, avoided prosecution as a pedophile for sexually attacking the juvenile he was appointed guardian, Kamansky's victim, Jason Bumpkiss, sued Kamansky in civil court.
Kamansky (picture and bio here) tried to get the case thrown out, but quickly settled when his efforts failed. Sadly, the trial judge helpfully sealed the case.
When I wrote about IVAMS's Kamansky here, I was unaware Kamansky was on the California State Bar list of approved providers for continuing education. (Including - ethics).
Attorney Patricia Barry is trying to put an end to this.

(Kamansky has been unusually lucky. The most the California State Judicial Council would do to him, was note Kamansky destroyed evidence. The Commission on Judicial Performance issued a tepid public reproval.)
So now a public campaign must be waged to encourage State Bar officials and California's top judge, Chief Justice Tani Cantil-Sakauye, to remove Craig Kamansky as a mediator and arbitrator with IVAMS, from teaching continuing education classes on behalf of the State Bar.
