Strong Like Madeline

The goal is to help spread the word / challenge started in support of my five year old cousin named Madeline. She is a beautiful and courageous little girl, who lives in Kirkland, WA currently (after having to move from her home in Walla Walla to be closer to Seattle Children's Hospital where she is fighting hard against rhabdomyosarcoma and MPNST (also know as a triton tumor). The cancer has been very aggressive and her battle ahead is 42 weeks of chemotherapy. On a little child's body, you can imagine how difficult it is going to be...... and how costly to her family. Recently, The Iron Bar (formerly Graham CrossFit) in WA took on the benefit WOD for Madeline and raised over $500. CrossFit Killeen and CrossFit Vacaville in CA, will be doing the WOD the weekend of Sept 27th. But this WOD can be done at anytime! Madeline needs our love, attention and donations and we couldn't think of a better community than our CrossFit one to take on the challenge of reaching $10,000 to help her and her family. We would love to continue the WOD through as many boxes as possible and then "pass it on" to another box. Other sports / athletes may refer to us as a "cult" like community, but these are definitely the moments where we can show our "cult" is the best one to be a part of!
