Handmade Masks for local hospital.
Donation protected
Hi, my name is Gunes Wong and I am a fashion student from the Massachusetts College of Art and Design (MassArt). The Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak is bending Boston's health care system to the brink. Because of the virus outbreak hospital is experiencing shortages of masks that are crucial to their jobs.My friends, family, other students, volunteers and alumni are sewing masks for the hospital and we're looking for donation to buy fabric and elastic.Right now we have more than 60 students, friends and family helping to sew and cut fabric. We know so many people who put their life at risk to help, I know this might not be ideal, it’s something that we can do.
