Officer Joiner was a 14 year veteran of the East Cleveland Police Department who truly embodied the words "Integrity, Dedication and Service to the community. It is with great regret that we now must announce the untimely tragic passing of our fellow officer and friend.
Officer Joiner leaves behind not only a thankful community and police department, but also a beautiful daughter who must now come to grips with her father being unable to see her off to prom and walk her down the aisle of marriage. In the same fashion that Officer Joiner unselfishly served and dedicated his life and time to his community, we now ask for anyone who is able to make any type of financial donation to the family to please help in their time of need.
