Help for kidney transplant

I have kidney failure, in order to survive ,i have to be on dialysis every two days for three and half hours.Eventually , you can only be on dialysis for 5 years or so. I have been on it for two and half years already going for this treatment at winthop dialysis center in mineola NY .My blood type is very rare. Fortunately ,we have found a donor,but he is currently living in France ,  he has to come over here in NYC for the surgery, the procedure for the transplant will cost about 250,000 us ,Being sick for that long ,i don't have any savings left and my insurance will not cover the whole thing . just half of it...That' s why i need your help, it s a matter of life and death. I know you can make it happen.  My family is very anxious about it.
I am a musician and producer, Artists out there please help a fellow musician, help me get back on my feet  please.
