Protecting Pound Dogs Rescue Needs Help Please

Hi Everyone.
We, Protecting Pound Dogs Rescue, are a small voluntary run Carlow/Kilkenny foster based dog rescue but we also help re-home dogs from various parts of the country not just our own district. We have recently received full charity status which will mean so much to so many dogs.
Since applying for charity status in November 2017 we had to cease all fundraising etc. We are now 22 months without fundraising or being able to accept donations. It's been a long tough road but we managed and we continued to save 100's of dogs still in this time with thanks to the public, our vets, our foster and adopters and so many kind supporters.
Now we need your help!!
As we could not fundraise for the last 22 months we have accumulated large vet bills. We have kept these to a minimum thankfully as we have been quite diligent in paying our numerous vets every cent of our low adoption fees. All our dogs are microchipped, vaccinated, flea and worm treated, neutered/spayed (once of age and if not they are neutered/spayed when of age), vet checked and any other vet treatment needed.
We have had a large number of dogs in this time that required extra vet work, operations for tumours, blockages, toggles, etc, dogs with parvovirus, amputations, and much more. We've also had to care for a lot of litters by handfeeding them. These add to huge extra expense.
This year, as of 6th August 2019, we have/had in excess of 180 dogs come into our care. We want to continue helping the dogs and would be most grateful if you could help us. Every cent adds up and will ensure we can continue changing the lives of so many dogs. Every cent received will go directly towards the dogs as we are all volunteers and take no wage etc.
We will be working on fundraising events in the meantime too but our time is limited at the moment due to the large number of dogs in our care and every spare second we have goes to the rescue and the large volume of work behind the scenes as well as caring for the dogs.
It's all about the dogs and we intend to keep it that way but we need your help please.
Any donation you can give, no matter how small you think it is, will all add up and make a difference. Saving one dog at a time, all breeds, all ages, any health or behaviour issues, we will and want to continue helping as many as we can.
