Pomeroy Genealogy Room Fund

Half-Shire Historical Society has been awarded a $5000 matching grant from the William Pomeroy Foundation of Syracuse. In order to receive this money we need to raise $5000 on our own. The purpose of the monies will be to create a specific room for Genealogical books and files on the first floor of our building in Richland, New York.

Half-Shire was founded in 1972, and serves 15 towns in Oswego, Lewis, and Oneida Counties focusing on family history and regional research.
