Appeal to support local sanctuary seekers

Can you help us to reach our £3k target to ensure local sanctuary seekers (refugees and asylum seekers) are supported throughout the pandemic?
The Norwich City of Sanctuary Arts Stream are running an art auction and fundraising appeal to raise money for
local organisations supporting asylum seekers and refugees in Norfolk.
All donated money will go to the Norwich Integration Partnership (New Routes, English + and Bridge Plus), the Norwich International Youth Project who work at grassroots level with recently resettled ethnic minority individuals, families, young people and communities in Norwich, and the City Of Sanctuary Arts Stream to fund art projects for, with and about refugees and asylum seekers in Norwich.
How can you support our appeal?
1. Attend our online auction on 19th March 2021 and purchase a piece of unique artwork from artists such as Colin Self, Antony Gormley, Ileana Hunter and Andy Jarrett and many, many more! All donations will go towards supporting local sanctuary seekers. (We are asking all those who purchase an artwork to pay for it via this page).
2. Donate. Can't attend our auction but you would still like to find a way to support this appeal? Then please consider donating using this page.

Why is it more important than ever to support these incredible groups?
Sanctuary seekers have been disproportionately impacted by Covid-19 and the lock-down. New Routes, English +, Bridge Plus, Norwich International Youth Project and all those involved in the Norwich City of Sanctuary network and beyond, have worked around the clock to ensure that provisions are in place and that support systems are adjusted to enable sanctuary seekers to access essential support.
This support comes at an additional cost and they now need help from the community to ensure these services can continue to be offered.

Join us for the first-ever Norwich City of Sanctuary Arts Stream online (Zoom) auction!
It will be an evening of frenetic bidding and fabulous entertainment! Over 60 lots donated by local artists to raise money to support local refugees and asylum seekers. Artists include Colin Self, Antony Gormley, Ileana Hunter, Andy Jarrett and many more! Your auctioneer for the evening is the one and only Mr Simon Floyd.
