Online classes are one hour long, and ballet classes consist mostly of a ballet barre. Click here for more information about conditioning classes.

Open Division classes are open to adults and teens ages 16 and older.

Updates will be posted here and on the Open Division page of the MDT website.

Tips for Participation

• Please arrive to the class a few minutes early.
• For ballet classes, be prepared with a makeshift barre (such as counter or back of chair) and enough space to extend your leg front, side, and back at 90 degrees. If working on a polished wood floor, you may want to dampen the soles of your ballet slippers for traction.
• For Pilates, items needed include Pilates or yoga mat; two sliding discs (washcloths, paper plates, or slippery socks will also work); and enough space for limbs to reach in all directions.

• Before class begins, mute the microphone so as not to disturb the broadcast.

Your teachers may have other guidelines for their individual classes.
