Marlow FM is a not-for-profit organisation staffed by volunteers. We run a community radio station for the people of Marlow.
Normally we raise funds by doing outside broadcasts at events like the Marlow Town Regatta and Pub In The Park. Unfortunately, the coronavirus pandemic has meant that all the events we would usually attend have been cancelled.
While our income has dried up, we still have bills to pay. We need to raise many thousands of pounds over the next few months to ensure that Marlow FM can stay on the air into 2021.
If you're in a position to donate something towards your local radio station, no matter how small, we would appreciate it tremendously. Thank you.

Marlow FM exists to:
Be a focal point to bring the community closer together
- We tell listeners what’s happening in the area
- We run outside broadcasts at local events
Provide a platform to give local people and organisations a voice
- We interview local people about topical issues
- We have guests in the studio to tell their stories
Keep listeners up to date with local news, travel information, and weather
- Our Breakfast and Drivetime shows have half-hourly travel and weather bulletins
- We cover stories of interest to Marlow throughout the day
Create opportunities for young people in the area to pursue careers in radio and related fields
- We provide experience of working in a live radio station
- Marlow FM volunteers have gone on to work at local and national radio and TV stations
Give businesses the opportunity to advertise their products and services to the community at reasonable prices
- Our advertising rates are a fraction of the prices charged by for-profit commercial stations
- We specifically target the Marlow area
