My name is Mark Pine. Please let me know if you have any ideas on how I can stop New York City law enforcement from harassing me. I'm trying to get help.

I’m located in Midtown Manhattan.

I believe that people I know pay New York City law enforcement (NYPD, etc.) to harass and sabotage me.

I’ve gone through all the proper government channels and they haven’t helped me. Therefore, I decided to contact companies and see if anyone has a solution.

I don’t drink. I don’t smoke. I don’t party. I don’t have a criminal record. I don’t do anything illegal.

Why are people I know paying New York City law enforcement to harass me?

Because they have the access and they like to play with negative energy. I don’t owe anyone money or anything like that. I’m not a troublemaker.

People I know in my opinion pay New York City law enforcement to sabotage a lot of people. I can’t give specifics because I’d be sued for defamation.

I was born on August 15, 1976. I’m 45 years old.

I’m originally from Woodmere, New York. I graduated from Hewlett High School in 1994.

Anytime I try to find a job, NYC law enforcement sabotages me therefore I signed up for Baruch College at The City University of New York. I’m a full time journalism major.

In my spare time from school, I’m working on startups encompassing food, websites, apps, entertainment, theater, web video, etc.

Additionally, I’m trying to find web marketing clients. Before this, I provided web services for dozens of people.

When law enforcement started sabotaging me, my clients ran for the hills.

I used to make thousands of cold calls to companies to meet new web marketing clients. I met amazing people.

After New York City law enforcement sabotaged dozens of my web marketing clients I said to myself, what’s the point of contacting companies and pretending everything is normal?

I might as well just let people know right out of the gate that New York City law enforcement is sabotaging me and I’m trying to find help.

If you saw me, you wouldn’t know I’ve been living in the New York City streets homeless for the past five years.

I have places to shower and a storage room paid for by the New York City welfare office (HRA).

Anyone who thinks about helping me is immediately contacted by NYC law enforcement and told not to help me or to help NYC law enforcement sabotage me more.

If anyone has any ideas please let me know. If possible text me with your email so I know to expect a message. This way if law enforcement erases the email, I’ll know.

I’m not a lawyer but if I’m correct any law enforcement agency or attorney can look me up and confirm I don’t have a criminal record with my name, Mark Pine, my location Manhattan, New York City, and my birthday August 15, 1976.

I was falsely arrested by New York law enforcement about a year ago.

I was calling 911 and police headquarters to report that I’m being harassed. They said I was making false claims and charged me with a misdemeanor.

I received a violation which means I still don’t have a criminal record.

I’m not an attorney but in my opinion, if anyone looks at my case you will see a setup attempt.

I fired three public defenders and represented myself.

I requested a bench or judge trial instead of a jury.

Once the police and district attorney saw my strategy they offered me a $100 ticket and the case was closed.

Regardless of what anyone’s feedback is, I always treat everyone with the utmost respect at all times and ignore negativity. Anyone that responds with negativity, I forward the email to law enforcement.
