Kenneth Conant Funeral Expenses
Donation protected
Kenneth Conant was a kind and sweet man who suffered from paranoid schizophrenia and had the mental age of a nine year old.
His throat started giving out and he lost his speech, in addition to aspirating food and liquid into his lungs.
He got pneumonia two years ago and the doctors saved his life; however, he had to be on a thickened liquid diet. Needless to say, he was miserable, scared, and didn’t really understand what was going on.
About a week ago, Ken got pneumonia again and was unresponsive at his care facility. They brought him back to the hospital and the doctors managed to save his life a second time.
Unfortunately, his heart and lungs were too weak to sustain his recovery and he passed away a week later in his sleep.
He’s survived by his brother, Mark, who is fulfilling their late father’s wish for Ken to be buried next to his mom. Unfortunately, the cost for the most basic burial package is $7,290.
Mark works for the government and consequently doesn’t make much money. He’s going to have to take out personal loans in order to fulfill his late father’s wish if he can’t raise the money any other way.
If you are able to help, anything - even $1, would be a godsend.
