Jensen’s Little Heart

Hello- My name is Tracy and I am hoping to raise money for my grandson Jensen and his mom and dad - Elyzabeth and Chris. Jensen is due in July but has just been diagnosed with a congenital heart defect. He has Double Outlet Right Ventricle (dorv) with VSD and Hypoplastic Right Ventricle. This means both the aorta and pulmonary artery go to the right ventricle which is smaller than it should be and there’s a hole between the right and left ventricle. These significant defects require many high risk doctor’s appointments, US’s, and fetal echocardiograms and once he’s born he’ll need open heart surgeries and to spend time in the cardiac neonatal ICU at Children’s Hospital. Because of all these appointments and hospitalizations, Elyzabeth had to leave her job and cannot get a new one until after Jensen’s home since she will remain at his bedside. This reduced income along with all these overwhelming medical expenses, monthly bills, and future hospitalizations have quickly placed them in a difficult financial position.

We are so excited to meet baby Jensen. He is perfect and we know that the Lord chose this couple to be his parents.
