The summer holidays started on Friday and the day was full of excitement and happiness. My wonderful friend Kellie and her family went to bed never imagining that by the morning their home would be destroyed.

The lightning storm so many watched from their windows struck their house and set the roof on fire. Thank god all of them made it out unharmed but their beautiful home is ruined. The fire brigade spent 3 hours putting out the fire. The ceiling collapsed and between that and smoke damage they’ve got nothing.

Anyone that knows Kellie and Antoine knows they are an amazing couple and have 3 gorgeous children. I want so much to make life a little easier for them at such a devastating time and if we as a community can take the burden of money away I know that it’ll go a small way in helping them rebuild their lives.
