The Donald Heiter Center (DHCC) has been around for 25 years... and so has our roof!! We open our doors to ALL of the community and we hope that ALL of the community can help us out with this urgent campaign! We want everyone in the area to have an awesome I <3 DHCC Sticker! Our priority has always been youth programming and we have donated over $600,000 in youth scholarships over the past 25 years! Yes, over $600,000 in free programming to children!! Our mission has long been supported by generous benefactors and businesses, but now we would like to give YOU the opportunity to support your community ...by supporting us! Please like and share and help spread our network to ALL of your friends and family with a generous heart. With your support, we will keep our vital programs going, and keep a roof over our heads for another 25 years! Every single $20 and $50 donation counts in this campaign. This GoFundMe campaign gives everyone, near and far, to show their support, even if they do not have deep pockets. Every donation will be acknowledged and every donation will be much appreciated.
Right now we have roof repairs estimated at $50,000 and other building and program improvements that need to be covered by this campaign. We are giving ourselves 90 days to achieve this Goal of $75,000 because many of the needs are immediate!

Heiter Community Center is a 501(c)(3) tax exempt non-profit organization. Our budget is supported by grants, local contributions, government allocations, and participant fees. Our 5,200-square-foot facility, which includes a library, air hockey, foosball and pool tables, and a gymnasium with basketball hoops, jump ropes and hula hoops, is ideal for after school programs, summer day camps, and community services.
