Hannah Hurd Medical Expenses
Donation protected
Farrah took Hannah, 10 years old, to the ER on Tuesday because she had not been feeling well for a couple of days. They performed an MRI to rule out certain things. What they found was a 4-5 cm tumor in the center of her brain. They were transferred to PHS Main downtown for further tests. When they arrived, they quickly learned that they were going to be sent to Denver ASAP. Hannah, along with Neil and Farrah, left Albuquerque Wednesday morning via Med Flight service to Denver and were admitted to Children's Hospital of Colorado. They met with the Neurosurgery team about the next steps. Her tumor is not in the easiest of locations to get to and there are a lot of things that need to be checked before surgery can be attempted. Surgery is the only way to figure out what kind of tumor Hannah has. Surgery will likely be early next week. After surgery, the Oncology team will be able to get more involved with the next steps in treatment. They don't know how long they'll be in Denver. Neil and Farrah's other children are being cared for back home. We're asking for your generosity and help for Farrah and Neil and their children to help with the costs of them being in Denver and still maintaining their home in Rio Rancho. They greatly appreciate the outpouring of love and support that they're receiving.
