funding time (needs transplant)

Hello, my name is Brooke and I'm here trying to raise money for a life saving kidney and pancreas transplant. I also need to use some of the funds to address a few complications keeping me from being able to get on the donor list, (a surgery to remove tissue from my throat, that almost caused me to bleed to death twice) which is costing me valuable time. Any help is greatly appreciated. my loved ones and I thank you from the bottoqms of our hearts.

History: I've been a type one diabetic since since age seven. I suffer from several complications from the diabetes. I'm blind in my right eye and have lost much of the vision in my left, nerve damage and due to an unexpected trauma and made worse from the diabetes I now have kidney failure. I am on dialysis three days a week and it's unfortunately not going well despite my best efforts. Also because of the complications from the kidney failure and my diabetes I face a possible amputation of my left leg.

Future: it's about a three year wait for a pancreas/kidney transplant. I will be getting on the list in both Arizona and Colorado. If all goes well I plan to use my education and experience to continue to help others in their transplant journey. It's a scary, confusing and expensive process but time on this planet is precious and any extra time we can get is worth the fight.
