Ella’s Battle Against Leukaemia
Donation protected
A bit about myself in case you don’t know me. In 2010 I had a serious accident that could have left me unable to walk. Over the next few years I had many operations. I was determined to recover. I took up running a few years again to regain my strength. This April I have been lucky enough to get a place in the London marathon. I would now like to help someone else who is still on her road to recovery.
Ella was only three years old last spring when she was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia. This was the start of over two years of treatments with frequent trips to Great Ormond Street hospital and local hospitals; for chemotherapy, bone marrow aspirations and lumbar punctures. Ella also has three siblings and the whole family have missed out on a normal family life since her diagnosis. Ella even had to spend her 4th birthday in hospital. Ella has always said that “when all her naughty blood turns to good blood, she wants to meet a Disney princess”
I am reaching out for your support to help Ella and her family to be able to have a Disney holiday of her dreams when she is well enough.
Please donate whatever you can to help Ella on her journey to recovery. If you are unable to donate you can still help by sharing my Go Fund page
