Continued Support for Chad’s Children

Chad Alan Denzler, age 35, of New Palestine, passed away Thursday, January 5, 2023. Born on September 16, 1987, in Fountain Valley, California, he was the son of Frank Charles Denzler and Deborah Laurie (Wells) Denzler. Chad was a 2005 graduate of Rushville Consolidated High School. He was a veteran of the United States Marines and received the Marines Corp Good Conduct Medal, Navy and Marines Corp Achievement Medal, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, and National Defense Service Medal. Of his 4 years served, Chad spent 1 year and 10 months on Foreign Service Time. On August 6, 2022, he married Amanda Sue (Martin) in Greenfield.

Following his time as a Marine, Chad worked as a supervisor and mentor at Hoosier Youth Challenge Academy, where he helped intervene and reclaim the lives of at-risk youth. He directly impacted 294 kids during his time at Hoosier Youth Challenge Academy. Most recently, he worked at Cintas in Indianapolis. He enjoyed golfing, being outdoors, and watching the Cleveland Browns and Ohio State. He was a dedicated father and loved spending time with his children.

Chad is survived by his wife, Amanda Denzler; children, Temperance, Kadi, Ripken and Nolan Denzler; father, Frank Denzler; brother, Daniel Denzler (wife, Chelsea); and his best friend, Cody Parish. He was preceded in death by his mother, Deborah.
