Team Trina

As most of Trina's friends and family know, Trina was recently diagnosed with stage 4 marginal low grade B cell non-Hodgkin's lymphoma cancer. Needless to say, this was devastating news to Trina and her family. Trina was married last March (to the AMAZING Ryan Sanford), moved into a new house shortly thereafter, and welcomed the adorable Walker William Sanford into the world on September 11, 2013, after a very challenging pregnancy. It was a year of milestones for the Sanford family...and just when they thought that life couldn't get any sweeter, they were slammed with the news of Trina's diagnosis.

The particular type of cancer Trina has is extremely rare. It has metastasized into her kidneys, lymph nodes, and one of her lungs. While this was *not* the news they were hoping to hear, Trina has an incredible team of providers caring and fighting for her...not to mention an OVERWHELMING outpouring of support from family and friends.

Everyone who knows Trina knows that she has an amazing spirit, a zest for life that is infectious, and a heart of gold. She is the first to show up at the door of family and friends with a listening ear or lending hand. Now it's our turn. Let's mobilize Team Trina and pay it forward.
