Tabitha's Cancer Battle
Donation protected
Well, my cancer journey isn't quite over yet. I am about to undergo my 2nd stem cell transplant oddly enough at the 2 year anniversary of my 1st transplant.
As some of you know, Brandon and I moved back to Georgia. I finally got my dream job that I have worked so hard for and I absolutely LOVE it. It has lots of pros and cons with it, like being close to Austin but leaving Chris in DC.
Right before I moved, we found out my cancer came back and I went through more chemo at Emory in Atlanta. The last PET scan showed it responded to the chemo and shrunk in size; however, it did not go away. Doctors are recommending ANOTHER stem cell transplant in September.
I really hate asking for help, especially now with everything going on.
Please continue to keep me and my family in your thoughts and prayers.
~Love Tabitha
Background story: On August 12th of 2017, I was diagnosed with Hodgkin's Lymphoma. Over the last 3 years, I have been fighting this cancer with numerous cycles of chemo and a stem cell transplant thanks to the unselfish donation of my oldest son.
