The weekend of June 22-23, 2013, the girls played in the USSSA South Carolina, State Championship Tournament in Lexington, SC.
They were undefeated for the
entire weekend and earned a free paid berth to the USSSA Softball World Series
(http://usssaroadtoorlando.com/) in Orlando, Florida, July 27 "“ August 3, 2013. This is an accomplishment of a lifetime being awarded a free berth to the World Series and play teams across the nation at the ESPN Wide World Of Sports venue.
As you may or may not know, this event for 13 players is very costly and our time frame to collect funding is about a month or less. In support of this opportunity we need your assistance to help the players with expenses for the week. Every
financial donation is greatly appreciated and will be used to benefit the Carolina Angels World Series endeavor.
