World Beard & Moustache Competition

Nathen Coles is the founder of Bearded Men of the SC - Sunshine Coast. He started the beard club in early 2013 with the hopes of bringing together like minded Beardos and Beardettes. The club continues to grow and they present three events each year - Time Warp Festival, Beards Brews & Blues Festival and the hugely successful Beard Competition. They donate to local charity Rosie's; Friends on the street, an organisation that feeds the homeless and disadvantaged. As the organiser of the events he doesn't compete but has entered a few comps over the last few years. He has taken out the title two years running at Oktoberfest Beardmeister for full beard natural. He wants to fulfil his dream to compete at a World Beard Competition. In August 2017 it is being held in Austin, Texas. We hope to raise some funds to help him on his journey.
Nathen is a father to three, a loving husband and works hard for his family. Everyone who meets him is immediately drawn to his friendly personality. His beard has helped him gain confidence and through the club he has made some amazing life long friends. The beard community is truly brilliant and we would love to see him meet some of the greats from around the world.
