Going to Nationals

Henry Phan and I have been playing frisbee together for about ten years now. This Summer we along with Grace Noah and Domonic Cavalero decided to play Mixed ultimate with a Seattle team called Ghetto birds. After some great coaching, really hard practices and awesome team bonding, we won our first tournament late in the summer, the Seattle Mixed Cup, earning us and another team, a bid to get into Nationals!
With three spots to go to nationals on the table, we won our pool on saturday, going 4-0, and on the sunday of the 20-21st of September, Ghetto Birds qualifited for Club nationals which is Octboer 16th-19th in Frisco, Texas! We are super excited to be one of the top 25 teams in the nation and have the great oppurtunity to play with the best.
As you know, flying to Texas isnt cheap, and after plane flights, tournament fees, renting cars and housing, its not going to be cheap for us, so we extend out our hands, asking help from our friends and familes to help us take another step toward our goal of playing at Club nationals!
This 3000, or however close we get will help cover plane fees (300-400 each), Food (50-100 each), renting a house, which is cheaper than hotels (20-30 each) and renting cars, well obviously not us renting but paying for a spot in a car (15-25 each) and then anything miscellaneous that i am forgetting becuase i am so EXCITED FOR NATIONALS!
For anyone who donates we thank you from the bottom of our hearts and will play as hard as we can to represent all the people who helped us make it!
