Haiti Mission Trip

Hello!
Let me just say, I am so excited. I have been dreaming of going on a mission trip to Haiti for quite some time. And to be able to use the skills I have been studying is wonderful. I will be going with the organization Nehemiah Vision Ministries, who are partnered with my home church- Grace Community in Fishers. Thankfully, I have an amazing friend who lives there and is a nurse for NVM. Starting to plan this trip is bringing me such a heart of thankfulness. Waiting until February to fly down there will test my self-control. However, patience. I am in my last year of nursing school at Grace College. A friend from school, Amy, and I had a moment at the beginning of this year. We both have a heart for missions and can be a little impatient, so we started praying for places to go and doors to be opened. I decided to email my friend Brooke and we figured out that my spring break time would allow me to go visit. So here we are, the Lord provides, always. I'm so grateful and cannot contain my excitement.
Logistics: I will be going to Chambrun Haiti February 28-March 7. Staying and working in a clinic in Chambrun Haiti, with NVM. I will be providing basic medical care along with the health care team in the clinic to the surrounding communities.
I have a passion for helping people and having an opportunity to do something that I have dreamed of, is only because of Him and for Him.
Prayers are what I need most, and if God lays it on your heart to help fund me, I will be extremely grateful and appreciative.
