Help Madeline Get Her Smile Back.

On September 20th an underinsured negligent driver took away my sister's beautiful smile; please help me give it back.
As I was heading out for a morning run Madeline decided to join me on her bike. A mile into our morning she was struck from behind by a car and flung 15 yards through the air landing on her face, shoulder and knee. She suffered a cracked skull, broken jaw; her upper front teeth were broken off at the gum, deep lacerations, broken hand, broken foot and broken knee.
I was running on the gravel apron of the road and she was on the shoulder. The driver did not apply the brakes or swerve to miss us. He was not issued a citation.
For those of you who know Madeline personally you know she is an amazing, compassionate and caring individual. She is one of my best friends, the god mother to my son and my triathlete partner. This summer we completed our first Ironman 70.3 in Boise, ID together. It is going to be a tough road back but Madeline is also one of the strongest people I have ever met and she will recover.
With the LifeFlight, knee surgery and needed dental reconstruction surgery her medical bills are rapidly growing through six figures. She has a full time job and has health insurance but the out of pocket expenses will be extensive. Any help you may be in a position to give will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
